Huge thank you to two very generous children for their donation

We recently collected a very generous donation from a family who had asked on social media whether anyone could benefit from some art and craft supplies to help through lockdown.

When we contacted them with information about our support for children and young people, the 2 children in the family looked at our website and then decided to go through all their toys to find even more which they could give to the families we are supporting.

You can see on the picture just how much they donated and all of us here at Haven are absolutely blown away by their kindness. These incredible gifts will be shared between our families.

History of Haven

Haven House charity was established in 1975 as a refuge for women and children affected by domestic abuse. We have developed over the years and now provide a range of services for children and young people, and their wider family, in Sheffield and the surrounding area.
