To refer a child or young person to our service, please download and complete a referral form: 01._Haven_Service_Referral_Form_HB_V6_2020.docx

We also accept self-referrals from families, children and young people using the same form.

The completed form should be emailed to:

History of Haven

Haven House charity was established in 1975 as a refuge for women and children affected by domestic abuse. We have developed over the years and now provide a range of services for children and young people, and their wider family, in Sheffield and the surrounding area. We also provide services to professionals, helping them to support the children and young people that they work with. Read more
