Covid-19 changes to our services

We now offer virtual sessions, along with sessions in the home, outdoors and, where open, in schools.

Other changes include:

  • Implementing full PPE safety measures so our practitioners can work with families in their homes.
  • Adapting our online group programmes.
  • Developing online resources (including an IT policy for working safely online).
  • Enabling remote working for all our staff.
Domestic abuse during lockdown

You might be worried about self-isolating with someone who is harming you, or be concerned for a family member or friend who does not have access to their usual means of support.

Lockdown & isolation rules DO NOT apply if you need to leave your home to escape domestic abuse.

Information on the different support available can be found on our Get Help page.

If you are in immediate danger, or you suspect someone is in immediate danger, please call 999 and ask for the police.
