News Latest news Job Vacancy: Children and Young People's Practitioner Assistant Job Vacancy: Children & Young People's Practitioner Assistant We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a Children & Young People's Practitioner Assistant Salary: £20,092 - £22,181 (pro rata)Hours: 22.5 per weekFlexible Working required: Wednesday is a compulsory working day, evenings and weekends where the needs of CYP, the role/organisation requires this.Location: Sheffield Main purpose of the role is to: Assist in the development and provision of high-quality innovative support to children, young people (and their families) affected by domestic violence/abuse Main Duties of the role are to: Assist in the preparation and delivery of a range of needs led one to one, group (and other) interventions, using a trauma informed approach that places CYP participation at the heart of the service/support Provide direct (telephone) support/check-ins to children, young people and families on the waiting list, supporting them to work through the welcome pack/pre-service activities Maintain clear and effective records of Haven's work, including inputting referrals to our systems Benefits: To work flexibly 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).
