A Sheffield voluntary sector organisation offering specialist services and training to work towards our vision of life without domestic and sexual abuse. We work from a gender perspective as domestic and sexual abuse is overwhelmingly perpetrated by men, and targeted at women and girls, or happens disproportionately to them. Men can also be affected by abuse, from male or female partners or other family members.

History of Haven

Haven House charity was established in 1975 as a refuge for women and children affected by domestic abuse. We have developed over the years and now provide a range of services for children and young people, and their wider family, in Sheffield and the surrounding area.
