Young Women’s Housing Project

YWHP provides safe supported accommodation and therapeutic support to young women aged 16-25 and their children, who have been affected by sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and peer/intimate partner abuse.

Whether as part of supported accommodation or outreach, YWHP provide person centered, holistic support, based on individual needs. Together with workers, clients develop their support plans to enable them to achieve their personal goals.

History of Haven

Haven House charity was established in 1975 as a refuge for women and children affected by domestic abuse. We have developed over the years and now provide a range of services for children and young people, and their wider family, in Sheffield and the surrounding area.
